CYTD AI Visibility Platform Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CYTD AI Visibility Platform (the “Service”), owned and operated by MEDL Mobile Enterprises, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“MEDL,” “CYTD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By completing payment, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Services Provided
All services are provided on a subscription basis and may evolve over time. CYTD provides AI visibility and optimization services, which may include:
- Prompt and content optimization
- AI platform visibility analysis
- Competitor tracking across AI systems
- Monthly reporting (including video walkthroughs)
- Human support and strategic recommendations
The Service may also include website functionality, lead generation forms, AI-powered communications, SMS messaging, voice communications, customer support tools, analytics, and related business services offered by CYTD.
2. Subscription Plans
Month-to-Month
- Billed monthly
- Includes a one-time platform activation fee
- Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice
12-Month Agreement
- Billed monthly for 12 consecutive months
- Reduced activation fee
- Legally binding for full term
24-Month Agreement
- Billed monthly for 24 consecutive months
- Lowest activation fee
- Legally binding for full term
3. Billing and Payment
- A one-time activation fee is charged at signup
- Monthly fees are billed automatically
- You authorize CYTD to charge your payment method on file
- All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law
- Payments are processed via third-party providers; you agree to their terms
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. Binding Contracts and Early Termination
For 12- and 24-month agreements:
- These are binding contracts
- Early cancellation does not relieve payment obligations
- The remaining balance equals 100% of unpaid fees for the term
- CYTD reserves the right to accelerate and collect outstanding balances
5. Cancellation Policy
- Month-to-month plans require 30 days’ written notice
- Cancellation must be submitted to support@cytd.ai
- Cancellation is effective upon confirmation by CYTD
- Fixed-term plans require full payment of remaining contract balance if terminated early
6. Acceptable Use
You are responsible for all content and data you submit. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Submit content that is infringing, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Misrepresent your identity or authority
7. Intellectual Property & License
The Service, including all technology, methodologies, algorithms, prompts, reporting formats, designs, and materials (“CYTD IP”), is the exclusive property of MEDL Mobile Enterprises LLC.
- CYTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your active subscription
- You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the Service or CYTD IP
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MEDL
Client retains ownership of its own input data, subject to Section 8.
8. Data Usage and Rights
By using the Service, you grant CYTD and MEDL the right to:
- Process and analyze your data to provide the Service
- Use data in aggregated and anonymized form to improve the platform
- Develop insights, benchmarks, and product enhancements
CYTD will not sell your identifiable data. Use of data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. AI & Results Disclaimer
CYTD provides optimization tools and insights based on third-party AI platforms.
- We do not guarantee rankings, visibility, traffic, or business outcomes
- Results may vary based on external factors beyond our control
- AI platforms (e.g., search engines, language models) operate independently and may change at any time
All recommendations are provided for informational purposes only.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
You agree to contact CYTD at support@cytd.ai before initiating any chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks constitute a material breach
- CYTD may recover all associated costs, fees, and damages
11. Failed Payments
If payment fails:
- Access may be suspended immediately
- Continued failure may result in termination
- CYTD may accelerate any remaining contract balance
12. Termination by CYTD
CYTD may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Fail to make required payments
- Misuse the Service
- Create legal, regulatory, or security risk
Termination does not relieve your obligation to pay any outstanding amounts.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MEDL Mobile Enterprises, LLC, CYTD, and their officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your data or content
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
14. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDL AND CYTD DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- CYTD’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three (3) months prior to the claim
- CYTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
16. Modifications
CYTD may update these Terms at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Electronic Communications Consent
By creating an account, submitting information through our website, completing payment, checking a consent box, or otherwise interacting with CYTD, you consent to receive electronic communications from CYTD, including:
- Emails
- SMS and MMS messages
- Automated text messages
- Artificial intelligence (AI)-generated voice calls
- Prerecorded voice messages
- Automated telephone communications
- Customer service communications
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase and may be withdrawn as described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions.
You acknowledge that electronic records, electronic signatures, and electronic acceptance have the same legal effect as physical signatures and paper records.

20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, SMS Terms & Conditions, subscription order forms, and any executed service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service and supersede all prior discussions and understandings.
21. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or rely upon third-party service providers, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, telecommunications providers, artificial intelligence platforms, and messaging providers.
CYTD is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate agreements between you and the applicable provider.
22. Binding Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, communications from CYTD, billing matters, marketing communications, SMS messages, AI-generated communications, or the relationship between the parties shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted before a single arbitrator in Orange County, California.
The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration provision.
Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights, confidential information, or proprietary information pending completion of arbitration.
23. Class Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND CYTD AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT SOLELY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, MASS ARBITRATION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION.
THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF ONLY TO THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF.
24. Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of Sections 22 and 23 by providing written notice to legal@cytd.ai within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms.
Your notice must include your full name, email address, and a statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
25. Force Majeure
CYTD shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, telecommunications failures, labor disputes, cyberattacks, governmental actions, pandemics, or failures of third-party providers.
